This is becoming a common question nationally and even here on ja.com ;)

Whilst the companies that produce the bio-diesel will say no doubt that you can use the product - I wouldn't advise it.

In your Peugeot - you will have the HDi engine -( High pressure diesel system -) a very finely tuned piece of machinery - and thats just the engine! The diesel fuel injector pump is a very expensive item to replace shoud it go wrong. Peugeots version of the emission control system ( fap) to is highly tuned - and prone to go wrong - again, very expensive.

If you were to run anything other than the fuel it was designed for through it - you run the risk of some extremely expensive repairs if things go wrong! Sometimes very easily and very often - outweighing the value of the car!
